    + We provide AND install a full color professional lawn sign & post
    + A lockbox will be provided should you choose to use one
    + All buyers or buyer agents will call our appointment service and they’ll help you schedule showings
    + We request and share any feedback from any showings involving a buyer’s agent on your behalf
    + We’ll advertise your Open House should you wish to host one
    + We provide an approved Real Estate Attorney who will help you once an offer comes in with paperwork and closing

    Your Costs

    + $595 Listing Fee
    + 0% commission if you sell to a buyer directly (no buyer’s agent)
    + 2.5% or 3% commission if a buyer’s agent brings the buyer through the MLS
